Antonio Morandi after graduating, he began to carry out the activity of Marketing Director in multinational companies in the advanced tertiary sector, specifically, working at the most prestigious international hotel chains, starting with Sheraton Hotels Worldwide, ending with Jolly Hotels and passing through Trusthouse Forte Hotels, Concorde Hotels and Ciga Hotels. 

From 1982 to 1985 he worked as Assistant Manager in London at Hyde Park Hotel. Thanks to all the experience accumulated, in 2000 it became Mental & Business Coach, that is, a coach of the mind for entrepreneurs, athletes and families.

As a Mental & Business Coach he carefully avoids "prescribing recipes" or recommending miraculous solutions and models, but focuses on strengthening strengths and reducing weaknesses, adopting specific and personalized strategies to help manage tension, increase motivation, responsibility and trust.

As a Business Coach and Personal Coach, he has worked alongside various Executives and Entrepreneurs of important companies such as: Telecom Italia, H3G, Roche Farmaceutici, Finmeccanica, Ferrovie dello Stato and some of the most important banking institutions such as Intesa San Paolo, Credem, UBI Bank, Monte Paschi.

In 2003 he attended the “Corporate Coach U” school, obtaining the Mental & Business Coach Diploma. Later she participated in professional refresher courses at the Italian School of Life and Business Coaching. 

He currently works as a freelancer as a Mental & Business Coach and is a teacher at the Accademia Artisti in Milan and Rome. Enrolled in the ICF (International Coach Federation), he also attended the school of Richard Bandler, discoverer of NLP Neuro Linguistic Programming, earning the title of Neuro Linguistic Programming Master.

Communication is a very fascinating subject. It is considered an art. We communicate every day, in personal as well as professional life. But how? Are we effective? Are we good or bad communicators?

Let's start from the fact that "one cannot not communicate". Thus reads the first axiom of communication defined by the School of Palo Alto, California, which underlines how communicating is an implicit act of man's nature: the human being does not decide whether to be communicating, he is from birth. It is possible to communicate effectively thanks to the magic of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
This course is aimed at all those people who for professional or social reasons wish to activate the best strategies to communicate effectively and to improve their relationships. But what is NLP?

NLP is an attitude characterized by a sense of curiosity, adventure and a desire to learn skills necessary to understand what types of communication affect others. It is the desire to know the things that are worth knowing. It is looking at life as a rare opportunity to learn.

NLP is a methodology based on the principle that every behavior has a structure and that this structure can be extrapolated, learned, taught and even changed. The guiding principle of this method is knowing what will be useful and effective.
NLP is a technology that allows a person to organize information and perceptions in order to achieve results deemed impossible in the past. Neuro-Linguistic Programming therefore deals with the study of the structure of subjective experience and what can be calculated from it.

The course consists of a theoretical and a practical part. Specifically, the theoretical lessons will be integrated with both individual and group classroom exercises that will be carried out by the participants, as training, in order to achieve the objectives of the course. There are also individual works to be done at home, the reflections that emerge will be shared in the classroom with the rest of the group and the successes and leaps in quality will be celebrated.
