Educational Programme

The teacher, Enzo Curcurù, does not like to define himself as a master, but as the coach of the team, making his twenty years of professional experience available "on the field".
Its subject is often confused with orthoepy (the correct pronunciation of a language), but orthoepy is a small part of what we will study in this course.
The student will learn how to refine and correct the dialect forms that everyone has based on their origin, learning to speak the institutional language that a professional actor absolutely must know. One's own culture, one's own sounds of origin, are a very precious asset that must be preserved and not denied; it is also essential to use correct pronunciation of Italian if you wish to pursue a career in the world of entertainment.

All the mechanisms that allow the production of oral language will be investigated, setting the lesson as a sort of "collective quiz", transforming the study subject into a game. In this way the learning process will become faster, more engaging and fun, allowing the acquisition of information almost unconsciously.

The teacher immediately establishes a relationship of trust that allows him to understand how the student uses his own ENT system. By playing and experimenting with multiple paths, the key will be identified that will allow you to reach those frequencies that make your voice unique.

The lessons include a good part of vocal warm-up and study of orthoepia, leaving much of the time for putting the notions learned into practice, with improvisations and readings of texts also proposed by the class.

Once a greater awareness of one's "instrument" has been achieved, the focus will move on to reading techniques, therefore to understanding the written word, to the use and identification of the images that form the story and their editing, in order to be able to achieve greater independence in rendering the text in a clear and usable flow diagram.

In everyday communication we often use a voice that is not ours, using only some of the multiple resonators that we possess simply out of habit, perhaps out of laziness or shyness.
The objective of this course is precisely to discover one's voice and the infinite expressive opportunities it possesses, carrying out a real investigation into its use. The voice is the main expressive instrument and making it sound at its best, in the correct way, revealing the range of its many possibilities will surprise you!

In summary, the training objectives of the course are:

1 – Ability to use correct pronunciation of the Italian language;
2 – Understanding the possible uses of the voice
